Ardit's SR100 is a feature rich, easy-to-deploy Host Based Media Processing telephony platform designed for a variety of voice applications. A single, orderable item includes a Telephony Appliance to connect your server to the phone network, and a single CD containing SR100 Host Based Media Processing software, deployment tools and a complete suite of management utilities. The SR100 is compatible with Dialogic's R4 API, allowing you run your existing R4-based voice applications quickly and seamlessly, with minimal changes, if any. Target applications include voice mail, interactive voice response (IVR), automatic call distribution (ACD) and predictive dialers.
The SR100 software performs advanced media processing functions like Call Progress Analysis including positive voice and answering machine detection, DTMF detection and generation, and Play and Record media streaming. SR100 is Windows Logo certified, and the Telephony Appliances are agency certified for EMI, Telecom and Safety, allowing you to deploy it with confidence.
Connected to the SR100 server by USB or Ethernet, the SR100 Telephony Appliance provides easy installation, accelerated deployment, simple field expansion and repairs. A wizard-based utility provides automatic telephony configuration when connecting to legacy voice switches. The wizard uses a unique "tone learning" scheme allowing you to create a tone table for a particular installation without having to know the details of the voice switch. A Web-based SR100 management GUI provides enhanced telephony management, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting for SR100 software and the Telephony Appliance. Together, these tools give you unprecedented levels of efficiency when deploying your applications.
Because installation is simple, and does not require opening a PC to install hardware cards, you can ship your application CD with SR100 for non-experts to install and manage the system, thereby greatly reducing the time and expense per customer installation.
